Center Pointe Builds The Best Custom Homes In Greenville SC

1 year ago we began our search for our dream home builder on the internet. We were originally from Atlanta Georgia and then had to move due to a job transfer. The information that Phil and Merri provided helped us to relocate to Greenville South Carolina with ease. We sat out to find the perfect community in which to live. Said George, Once we set our eyes on our new community, we knew we had found a place we could call home. We were impressed with all the community had to offer and the infinite variety of new homes available from Center Pointe Properties. We felt such a high level of confidence with Center Pointe that we not only bought our beautiful home, we trusted them to build it for us while we were still in Atlanta Georgia! And we’d do it all over again... great job, Center Pointe!!

We realize at the time of construction, you had no idea that you were building our dream home. We are very excited about our new home and are very blessed.

Phil,

David and I made the heart rendering decision to relocate in June of 2005. We so hated leaving our home in Brighton but the move took us all the way to Columbus, Ohio. After a year of David not being able to find a teaching position, and we were horribly homesick, we discovered that the people who bought our home had it back on the market. We flew in and made an offer and are now back in our original home! The family was from California and had as much difficulty adjusting to South Carolina as we did to Ohio. We wouldn't accept any other home than our own. We are happy to be back in SC, back in our neighborhood, and more importantly - back in the quality home that only you and your team could provide!
