We realize at the time of construction, you had no idea that you were building our dream home. We are very excited about our new home and are very blessed.

Phil,

David and I made the heart rendering decision to relocate in June of 2005. We so hated leaving our home in Brighton but the move took us all the way to Columbus, Ohio. After a year of David not being able to find a teaching position, and we were horribly homesick, we discovered that the people who bought our home had it back on the market. We flew in and made an offer and are now back in our original home! The family was from California and had as much difficulty adjusting to South Carolina as we did to Ohio. We wouldn't accept any other home than our own. We are happy to be back in SC, back in our neighborhood, and more importantly - back in the quality of home that only you and your team could provide!
